He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Tyler and Theodore Tinker; his brother Norman Tinker; and his pets, Muddy, Buzzy, Rhapsody and Maggie.
He is survived by: his wife Brigitte Tinker; his children, Andrea Tinker Nielsen and David Tinker (Courtney); his grandson Andrew Tinker; and his stepgranddaughters, Abby, Preez and Mia Pierandri.
A reception will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Ridgefield Recreation Center (195 Danbury Rd, Ridgefield, CT 06877).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that all gifts be made in his honor to Friends of Ridgefield Parks & Recreation Commission, Inc. or Ridgefield Visiting Nurses Association.
