He was predeceased by: his parents, Giuseppe Civitillo and Cristina Civitillo (Maglieri); his siblings, Nicola, Cristina and Pasquale; and his brother-in-law Christopher A. Civitillo, Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Pat (Brini); his children, Carmela Bova (Scot Greenbaum) of Vernon, Aldo Civitillo, Jr. (Azucena) of New Jersey and Sonia Civitillo (Nicholas Ferraro) of Farmington; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Anthony Bova, Massimo, Vita, Faustino and Athena Civitillo; his stepgrandchildren, Chelsea, Loukas, Shirley and Limara; and his brother Pierino Civitillo of Windsor Ontario. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the D'Esopo Funeral Chapel (277 Folly Brook Blvd, Wethersfield, CT 06109). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Of St. Josephine Bakhita Parish (767 Elm St, Rocky Hill, CT 06067). A burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Cedar Hill Cemetery (453 Fairfield Ave, Hartford, CT 06114).
