He was predeceased by : his brother Janusz Czubat. He is survived by : his wife Anna Zofia Czubat (Partyka); his sons, Tomasz Czubat of Rocky Hill and Damian Czubat (Allison "Ally" Gates) of Middletown; his brothers, Andrzej Czubat (Krystyna) of Rocky Hill, Boguslaw Czubat of New Britain, Marek Czubat (Monika) of Poland and Piotr Czubat (Lucyna) of Poland; his niece Victoria Czubat; his parents-in-law, Tadeusz and Wieslawa Partyka of Hartford; and his siblings-in-law, Kazimierz Partyka (Krystyna) of Poland, Jacek Partyka (Anna) of Poland and Monika Gadomski (Wojciech) of Southington.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 21st 2023 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the South Green Memorial (43 Wethersfield Ave, Hartford, CT 06114). A mass of christian burial was held on Friday, September 22nd 2023 at 10:00 AM at the Cyril & Methodius Church (63 Popieluszko Ct, Hartford, CT 06106). A graveside service was held on Friday, September 22nd 2023 at 11:30 AM at the Rose Hill Memorial Park (580 Elm St, Rocky Hill, CT 06067).
