We bid farewell to Andre Margittai (Rocky Hill, Connecticut), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 15, 2026 at the age of 85. Andre touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Tamas and J. Agnes; his children, Danny and Ana (Downs Syndrome); and his former wife Christine.
He is survived by: his siblings, Suzana Burchsted (Bruce) and Peter Margittai; his sister-in-law Michele; his sister Anita Margittai; his stepson Sam Ensign; his nieces and nephews, Denise, Shelley, Sophia, Kyle, Dylan and Dominic; Gerda Margittai. He is also survived by five grand nieces and nephews.
