In loving memory of Barbara L. Collier of Rocky Hill, Connecticut, who departed this world on March 28, 2026 at the age of 100. Barbara leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Miller and Agnes Miller (Doyle); her husband Richard Collier; her sister Marilyn Welch (Leon); and her sister-in-law Shirley Miller.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jane VanNorstrand of Caimesa, CA and Pamela Bianca; her grandchildren, Laren Leichliter (Anna), Anthony III (Jennifer) and Aimee; her great grandchildren, Ashley Leichliter, Sofia Bianca and Alexander Bianca; her brother Robert Miller; and her caregiver Freedom Davis. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
