He is survived by: his mother Susan Moon Holt of East Hampton, CT.; his wife Michelle Holt of Rocky Hill; his brothers, Curtis Holt (Nickiann) of Rocky Hill and Chris Holt (Jennifer) of Vernon; his aunt Paula Moon; his nephews, Justin Holt, Adam Holt, Joseph Holt and Cole Holt; his stepdaughter Chelsea Griffen (Craig); his stepgrandchildren, Connor and Colette; and his stepson Greg Gionfriddo.
