Though Frances may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Frances touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Salvatore Franza and Anna Franza (Formica); and her siblings, Corradina Greco of Wethersfield and Joseph Franza of Sarasota, FL.. She is survived by: her husband Donald Dugay; her sons, David Dugay of Hartford and Brian Dugay (Sandra) of Cromwell; and her grandson Jack. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cromwell Funeral Home (506 Main St, Cromwell, CT 06416). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at the same location.
