He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Truhan (Chute); his wife Beverly Wass Truhan; and his siblings, Raymond Truhan and Lorraine Truhan. He is survived by: his father John "Lefty" Truhan, Sr.; his son John Raymond Truhan (Susan); his grandsons, Aidan and Andrew Truhan; his niece Cheryl Bates; and his friend Marine. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, extended family members, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Jack's name may be made to Toys for Tots.
