She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. John "Doc" McIntosh and Bess; and her brothers, John and Ted. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Esther McIntosh; her nephew Scott McIntosh; her niece Lisa McIntosh; and her close friend Helen Dorsey.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CCARC for whom the family has spent much time and support, or the CT Humane Society to whom Judy's love of all dogs and cats was endless.
