She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Keenan and Vera Bondeson Keenan. She is survived by: her husband Robert Westbrook; and her siblings, Dennis Keenan (Mary) of Farmington, CT and Judith Keenan (Gene Willis) of Stratford, CT. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
