She is survived by: her children, Santo D'Alfonso, Carmen (Tom Bialy), Concettina "Tina" D'Alfonso and Salvatore D'Alfonso; and her grandchildren, Katrina, Anthony, Alexa and Kelly D'Alfonso. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
