He was predeceased by: his parents, Eduardo Pinheiro and Maria Pinheiro (Lopes); and his siblings, Maria A Santos, Maria F Simas, Maria L Oliveira, Maria F Macedo and Jose E Lemos.
He is survived by: his sister Maria Garcia (Manuel) of Lawrence, MA; his children, Manuel Pine Jr. (Joanne) of Cromwell, Ed Pine (Melissa) of Cromwell, Rick Pine (Kim) of Niantic, Deniz Pine of Middletown, Ashley Gasior (Michael) of Cromwell and Francesca Pine of Cromwell; and his grandchildren, Mike, Jenna, Niko, Versona, Hayden, Winter, Madelyn and Michael. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
