It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Jane Nash of Rocky Hill, Connecticut, born in Middletown, Connecticut, who passed away on April 20, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Gerald Nash of Rocky Hill; and her parents, John Zabiski and Barbara Zabiski (Hunt). She is survived by : her children, Julie Hughes (Jerry) of Columbia, Jennifer Barrett (Kevin) of Cary and Gerald Nash, Jr. (Jennifer) of Sandy Hook, Connecticut.; her grandchildren, Connor, Luke, Trevor, Erin Barrett, Rachel, Madison Hughes, Amelia and Trey Nash; and her brother John Zabiski (Cheri). She is also survived by extended family members and lifelong friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Rose Hill Funeral Home (580 Elm St, Rocky Hill, CT 06067). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be given to the Rocky Hill United Methodist Church or your favorite cause that spreads kindness.
