He was predeceased by: his parents, Arleen Shay and Howard Shay. He is survived by: his sister Peg Elliott of Missouri; and his sister-in-law Kym Shay. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The Funeral will be held the following day, Monday March 23 at Rocky Hill Methodist Church; 623 Old Main St. Rocky Hill, CT with a burial to follow in the Rose Hill Memorial Park. in Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to RHU Methodist or Memorial Baptist 142 Fairfield Ave. Hartford.
