It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward M. Okapal of Salem, Connecticut, who passed away on July 8, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Stefan Okapal and Veronica Okapal (Zajac); and his sister Irene. He is survived by : his wife Margaret Okapal (DeMartino); his children, Michael Okapal and Pamela Kim (Jason); his grandchildren, Christopher, Logan and Penelope Kim; and his brother-in-law Vincent DeMartino.
