He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Ponticello and Mary Jane Ponticello (Cusson); and his sisters, Angie Ponticello Honnen and Mary Ponticello Farfaglia. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Seeley (Will); his grandchildren, Tommy, Charlotte Avery and Baby G; his sister Josephine Ponticello Colabella; his former wife Janie Kapteina; his close friend John Russo; and his caregiver Shantell Morris. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

Memorial donations may be made to American Legion Post 60 or to Road to Home at Amos House (https://www.roadtohomeatah.org), a transitional housing program and shelter for homeless women and children, a mission that brought Hank immense pride and reflects his lifelong commitment to helping others.
