Joseph Raymond Dubee Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joseph Raymond Dubee of Sandy Hook, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 22, 2024 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Edward and Julia Dubee (Crowley); his wife Mary Louise Dubee; his sons, Timothy P. Dubee, Thomas M. Dubee and Jeffrey A. Dubee; his son-in-law Robert Joseph Braatz, Sr.; his siblings, William Dubee and Shirley Dubee; and his parents-in-law, Alden and Josephine Rivers.

He is survived by: his caregiver Kathleen Mary Braatz of Southbury; his daughter-in-law Kathleen Cromie of Leesburg; his brother-in-law Alden Rivers Jr. of Southbury, CT; his grandchildren, Melissa Mary Black (Don) of Newport, Brittany Kathleen Fuller (Benjamin) of Greer, Robert Joseph Braatz, Jr. (Julia) of Tampa, Cynthia Braatz of Port Charlotte, James Dubee of Chicopee and Danielle Lavarnway of Glasgow; and his caregivers, Stephen Burns of Sandy Hook, Connecticut. and Lynn Palmer of Sandy Hook, Connecticut.. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren and his nieces and nephews.
