It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael Asselta of Sandy Hook, Connecticut, who passed away on May 15, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Josephine M. Asselta and Joseph J. Asselta; and his brother Joseph J. Asselta, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary; and his daughters, Gina (Christopher Spahn) of Ridgefield, Conn. and Ann Marie (Robert Williamson) of Gilbert, Ariz.. He is also survived by his family and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Michael's memory may be made to Saint Rose of Lima Church or Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital.
