She was predeceased by: her husband Peter J. Costello, Sr.; and her children, Paul Costello and Diane Clarke. She is survived by: her son William Costello; her daughter-in-law Maribel; her sons, Michael Costello, Donald Costello and Peter J. Costello, Jr.; and her daughter-in-law Debbie Costello. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
