She was predeceased by : her parents, Demetro Bodyk and Theodosia Potosky Bodyk; her sons, Robert and Alan Thackeray; and her siblings, Justine Bodyk Clements, Jennie Bodyk Merritt, Stella and Stephan Bodyk.

She is survived by : her husband Robert Haywood Thackeray; her daughter Dale Thackeray Fink; her son-in-law Charles George Fink of Wakefield, RI; her daughter Julie Thackeray of Waterbury, CT; her grandchildren, Jonathan Haywood Fink (Carolyn) of Farmington, CT, Garrett William Fink of Glastonbury, CT, Evan Charles Fink (Caitlin) of Natick, MA, Justin Robert Fink (Erin) of Plainville, CT and Holly Elizabeth Thackeray Innocenzi of Hamden, CT.; and her great grandchildren, Emma, Catherine Fink of Farmington, CT, Braeden, Callen Fink of Glastonbury, CT, Lillian, Eliza, Christian Fink of Natick, MA and Avery Fink of Plainville, CT.
