He is survived by: his caregivers, Brian, Jen and Denise; his children, Jo-Ann Cappiello (Ralph) of Derby, Michael Renkewith (Robin Uhelsky) of Seymour and Brian Renkewith (Marcella Kryszkiewicz) of Seymour; his grandchildren, Kaitlin, Eric Renkewith and Karissa Hansen (Hal); his great grandchild Madison Grace Hansen; his former wife Judy Renkewith; and his daughter-in-law Diane Johnson.
