With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carl W. Russell of Seymour, Connecticut, born in Derby, Connecticut, who passed away on March 13, 2024 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Leonard Sr. Russell and Ruth Russell (Olsen). He is survived by : his wife Betty Russell (Biasucci); his siblings, Leonard Russell Jr. (Linda), Karen Ronan and Linda Eshoo; and his nieces, J. Leigh Biasucci Satey and Susan Lynn Biasucci Galarraga. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
