He was predeceased by: his wife Marian Christensen (Macknis); his parents, Stian Christensen and Eleanor Christensen (McGinley); and his brother Stian Christensen. He is survived by: his children, Marian Boffen of Naugatuck, Carolyn Deptula, Charles Christensen, Jr. (Jeannine) of Oxford, Elaine DeLillo of Hamden and Lee Ives (David) of Oxford; and his siblings, John Christensen of Cheshire and Eleanor Kotenski of Oxford. He is also survived by grandchildren, 7 cherished great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
