He is survived by: his sons, Cody Winters (Kristen) and Storm Winters; his wife Dianne Proctor Mudry; his siblings, Linda Payne (Chuck) of Seymour and George Mudry IV of Seymour; his parents-in-law, Lorraine Doherty and Alfred Proctor III; and his brothers-in-law, Allen, Randy, Rory and Matthew Proctor. He is also survived by spouse, and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
