He is survived by: his daughter Kim Warner (Tom) of Seymour; his brother David Dulka (Bonnie); his niece Heather Dulka (John Shea) of Seymour; his nephew D. J. Dulka (Lisa); his godchildren, Daphne and Connor Shea; his great-nephews, Austin Dulka and Tyler Shea; and his former wife Marilyn Brellis.
