We are sad to announce that on January 6, 2024, at the age of 37, Elizabeth Hughes-Picard of Seymour, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her father James Hughes. She is survived by : her mother Cynthia Flood-Hughes; her stepfather Andy Worobel; her brother James Hughes; her husband Vance R. Picard, Jr.; her children, Juliana Picard and Mason Natusch; and her grandson Oliver Natusch-Kemp.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks those making donations in Elizabeth's name, be made to either the Road to Refuge, 135 Warner Rd. North Haven, CT 06473, or to an animal shelter of your choice.
