He was predeceased by : his parents, Amelia Slugaski and Frank Slugaski; and his brother Roger Slugaski. He is survived by : his wife Nancy Slugaski; his daughter Heather Finn; his son-in-law Michael Finn; his grandchildren, Olivia and Connor Finn; his daughter Cara Slugaski; and his sister Janet Crann (Donald). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Tunnels to Towers, an organization Frank cared deep about.
