Irene Blythe Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Irene Blythe of Seymour, Connecticut, who passed away on June 1, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William L. Blythe, Jr.; and her parents, George Miller and Stella Miller (Staskiewicz). She is survived by: her children, Robert Blythe (Diana) of Woodbridge, Mark Blythe (Nora), John Blythe, Linda Walsh of Seymour, Susan Dowdell (Joseph) and Karen Thomas (Raymond) of Bozrah; and her brother George Miller (Loretta) of Oxford. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Augustine's Church (St. Nicholas Parish) (35 Washington Ave, Seymour, CT 06483-2538). A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Augustine's Cemetery (35 Washington Ave, Seymour, CT 06483-2538).
