He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil and Anna; and his brother John A. Mahan. He is survived by: his wife Mary Mahan (Maloney); his children, Robert Mahan, Jr. (Samantha) of Derby, Michele Bibber (Bill) of Derby, Charlene Stowe (Earl) of Farmington and Anne Glatt (Stuart) of Wallingford; his grandchildren, Derek DellaMonica (Taren), Dane DellaMonica (Kristen), Amanda Carlo (Jim) and Jackie Stowe; and his great grandchildren, Milo and Delaney DellaMonica.
