He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lukowski and Victoria Yazdzik Lukowski; and his siblings, Joan Roche, Arlene Kurtz, Robert, Thomas and Edward Lukowski.
He is survived by: his spouse Gabriele M. Bertram Lukowski; his daughters, Denise Harrington (John) of Bethlehem and Michele Lukowski of Seymour; his stepson Keith Gagner (Cheri) of Durham; and his brother Gerald Lukowski of Middlebury. He is also survived by six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
