Hoffman (Adele) of Oxford, Elizabeth Piendle, Helena Hoffman of Milford and Linda Hoffman; and his grandchildren, Ashley Kopchyak of Naugatuck, Joseph Reynolds of Prospect, Karli Cirisoli (Noah) of Ansonia, James Troy of Naugatuck, Jason Hoffman II of Wyoming and Ari Overton of Seymour. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
