She is survived by: her children, David Blaze (Roxanne) of Granville, MA., Philip Blaze (Sophia) of Cheshire, CT. and Elaine Blaze of Beacon Falls; her brother Robert Brooks of Orange; her grandchildren, Kaile, Kelsey, Christopher, Mia Blaze and Lauren Lombardi; and her great grandchildren, Niko, Elsie Wyrick and Keeley Blaze.
