He is survived by: his children, Jerald Bevis, Jr., Leslie Bevis, Carson Bevis, Christie Bevis and Kari Bevis; his brothers, John Bevis, Raymond Bevis and Timothy Bevis; and his grandchildren, Jasmin, Samantha, Michael, Leighann and Jerry, Jr.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
