It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Commune of Seymour, Connecticut, who passed away on September 24, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy John leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though John may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Commune and Evelyn Coppola Commune. He is survived by: his brother David Commune of Maine; and his cousins, Ron Balabon of Ansonia and Rose Spiwak of Seymour. He is also survived by other cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jenkins-King & Malerba Funeral Home (12 Franklin St, Ansonia, CT 06401). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Rosary Church (10 Father Salemi Dr, Ansonia, CT 06401).
