He was predeceased by: his parents, George F. Jr. Smith and Josephine Smith. He is survived by: his wife Linda W. Smith of Seymour; his brothers, Douglas Smith (Janet) of Melbourne and Donald Smith of St. Augustine, Florida.; his stepsons, Brent (Samantha) and Craig (Nicole); his stepgrandchildren, Vivienne and Carl; and his cousin Pam Murray. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews along with their children.
