It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Sharik of Seymour, Connecticut, born in Derby, Connecticut, who passed away on February 15, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Sharik and Beverly Sharik (Landgren). He is survived by: his children, Michael Sharik, Jr. (Kimberly) of Naugatuck and Michele Sharik of Naugatuck; his siblings, Steven O. Sharik of Naugatuck, Gary Sharik of Seymour and Carrie Sharik; his grandchildren, Rebecca Sharik (Brandon Diaz), Abigail Sharik, Wayne Sharik, Connor Schultz and Logan Schultz; his great grandchild Carmen Diaz (Marsha Bigos); and his nieces and nephews, Tyler, Daniel, Ryan, Felicia, Jill Davis, Jennifer and Nicholas.
