He is survived by: his spouse Robin Thorpe (Carlson); his mother Alyce Wells (Bush) of Seymour; his parent-in-law Thomas (Robin); his stepchildren, Daniel Kowalczyk and Christina Kowalczyk; his brothers, Gary Thorpe (Diane) and James Thorpe (Karen) of Seymour; his granddaughters, Olivia, Grace and McKenzie Daley; and his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Matthai, Sara Thorpe, Ian Thorpe and Aidan Thorpe.
