Lewis (Jessica) of Naugatuck and Tracy Bloschichak (Ted) of Cheshire; his brother Randi Lewis of Seymour; and his grandchildren, Leah Bloschichak of Cheshire, Lara Bloschichak of Cheshire and James Lewis of Naugatuck. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
