He is survived by: his mother Selina Fountain Scott of Ansonia; his siblings, Andrea Scott of New Haven and Andrew Scott III (Joy) of Mililani Hawaii; his children, Raymond Beall of Hartford and Jasmine Scott of Jackson, Michigan.; his partner Isalina Ortiz-Vereen of Seymour; his aunts and uncles, Catherine Garris, Edna Jones (Joseph), Alice Busch, Thomisina Glover, Walter Fountain (Sue), Herman Fountain and Dennis Fountain; and his siblings' children, Shanna of Washington, Renee Scott, Anjella Scott, Roosevelt Scott, B. J. Scott and Winston Scott.
