He was predeceased by: his father Arnold Morris Plotkin. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Leopardi Plotkin; his mother Judith Gilbert Plotkin of Bridgeport; his children, Steven, Jr., Shelby and Sadie; his siblings, Michael Plotkin of Bridgeport and Michele Plotkin of Norwich; his nephew Nicholas; and his nieces, Shilah and Erica.

Visitors are asked to wear masks and social distance as they walk through, pay their respects, and exit without lingering to ensure all guests can come through the building.
