He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Penn and Ruth Penn; and his sister Gail Spillane. He is survived by: his wife Susanne Penn (Solak); his children, Dawn Roy (Lawrence) of Hillsborough, NC and Matthew Penn (Debbie) of Tucson, AZ; his sister Carol Yatsinko (Ted) of Monroe; his grandchildren, Joseph, Christopher and Colleen; and his great grandchildren, Asher and Benjamin.
