He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald H. E. Weaver, Sr. and Alice Weaver (Funk); and his father-in-law Robert C. Duprey. He is survived by: his wife Diann Lynn Duprey; his sons, Justin Weaver (Monica Hiserodt) of Ancram, James Weaver (Taylor Hall) of Pine Plains, NY and Joshua Weaver (Emily) of Copake, NY; his grandchildren, Jacob, Waylon, Weston and Lianey Weaver; his sister Donna Smalls of Millerton; and his mother-in-law Elinor Duprey of Millerton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many friends.
