He was predeceased by: his parents, John Raven Johnson and Hope Anderson Johnson; and his nephew Eric Anderson Johnson. He is survived by: his brother Leonard Johnson (Patricia); his son Stephen Main; and his sibling's children, Paige Johnson Roth, Keith Ravn Johnson II and Heide Novado Johnson.
