He is survived by: his daughter Charlotte Hower; his wife Rosanne Foley Hower; his daughter Amanda (Long); his grandchildren, Josephine and August; and his sisters, Willette Murphy, Ingrid Devita and Monica McGlothlen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
