We are sad to announce that on September 12, 2025, at the age of 91, Adele C. Kozak (Shelton, Connecticut) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Edward H. Kozak, Sr. of Vincent's Medical Center; her parents, Joseph Wengren and Antoinette Haiducik Wengren; and her sisters, Dorothy Wengren and Mary Lou Lindsay.
She is survived by: her children, Dorothy Bowler (Edmund) of Massachusetts, Carol Navarro of Milford, Mary Ann O'Connor (Michael) of Riverside and Edward H. Kozak, Jr. (Sharna) of Shelton; her grandchildren, Carolynn Navarro (Patrick), Denise Cuttler (Zack), Stephanie Bowler, Julie Bowler, Christine Ash, Edmund Bowler (Sara), Michael O'Connor (Kelsey), Patrick O'Connor (Lauren), William O'Connor (Christy) and Audrey Kozak; and her great grandchildren, Patrick, Ava, Seamus, Charlotte, Emma, Layla, Lilly and Payton.
