He is survived by: his wife Janice Toth (Gummoe); his children, Donna Moreno (Tony), Debbie Shuster (Brian), David Toth, Sr. (Claire) and Amy Cone Landan; his grandchildren, Chris Moreno (Carrie), Alexa Bottoni (Kris), Tim Shuster (Bianca), Megan Carter (Patrick), David Toth, Jr., Scott Toth (Ashley), Michael Cone and Samantha Cone; his great grandchildren, Conor, Aubrey, Ryan, Abigail, Collins, Camryn, Cade, Grayson and Vivienne; and his sisters-in-law, June Brown and Nancy Alhawamdeh (Lenny). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Riverview Funeral Home (390 River Rd, Shelton, CT 06484). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Lawrence Church (505 Shelton Ave, Shelton, CT 06484). A burial was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at the Huntington Lawn Cemetery East (40 Lane St, Shelton, CT 06484).
At the request of the family, memorial contributions are encouraged to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
