She was predeceased by : her parents, Antoni Jacukiewicz and Antonina Szymakowska Jacukiewicz; and her brother Roman Jacukiewicz. She is survived by : her spouse Ezio Perini; her daughter Christine Konopka (Antoni) of Shelton; her grandchildren, Daniel Konopka (Joanna) of Stratford, Mark Konopka (Christina) of Seymour and Ivonka Belby (Michael) of Westport; and her niece Leonora Milkiewicz of Milford.
