It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anthony M. DiMenno of Shelton, Connecticut, born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on December 21, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Rocchina Aurilio DiMenno (Rocky Aurilio); his parents, Philip DiMenno and Carmela Capozzi DiMenno; and his brothers, Henry DiMenno and Philip DiMenno Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Philip DiMenno MD (Debora) of Berlin and Carmela "Candie" Veccharelli (Peter Jr.) of Sandy Hook; his grandchildren, Daniel Veccharelli (Katherine), Dr. Kate Veccharelli (Patrick Johnson), Rachel Valentine (Jamie) and Abby Gagnon (Michael); and his great grandchildren, Connor, Matthew, Zoey, Kaedin, Addison and Jack. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
