It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol A. Amaral of Shelton, Connecticut, born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on July 15, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Lewis Hayden and Mildred Hayden (Hill); her husband Marcus Amaral; her siblings, Lewis, George Hayden, Barbara Freer and Fay Honcharik; and her former life partner Charles Geal.

She is survived by : her siblings, Winnie Clark of Trumbull, Marilyn Natlo of Milford and Russell Hayden of Shelton; and her nieces, Kim Testani of Monroe and Cheryl Conte of Trumbull. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
