He was predeceased by: his mother Diane Brainard (Mando). He is survived by: his wife Samantha Brainard (Harrison); his father Howard L. Brainard; his brother Brian Brainard (Mary); his niece Bailey Brainard; and his mother-in-law Gail Harrison.
At the request of the family, memorial contributions are encouraged to the Colten and Avery Brainard Education Fund.
